Working with the Work, Employment, Regulation and Governance (WERG) research group at Central Queensland University, SFCP carried out a feasibility study and program-design support for an energy-sector capacity-building project with Bangladesh’s Power Management Institute.
Fourteen officials from Bangladesh’s power utilities completed a two-week training program in Australia, capped by a national symposium in Dhaka on November 29, 2023. Funded by Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the initiative has generated strong interest across Bangladesh’s power sector.
